Hi, I am Jenna!
I am a born and raised Vancouver Island girl who loves the great outdoors and adventure. I am a mama to two beautiful little boys. I have a furry little pup, and I am a wife to my amazing husband. I currently work full time as an elementary school teacher and am a part time photographer.
I have always loved photography and capturing life's many moments. Growing up, photography was always a hobby of mine and I was constantly behind the camera taking photographs. There is definitely photographic evidence of me in preschool carrying around my kids film camera (hehe). Now many years later, I am still behind the camera. While on maternity leave with my first son, I once again had the urge to start photographically documenting his many milestones. Getting out my camera then got me thinking, why not capture these moments for others? I found so much joy in capturing images that I then decided to take my life long hobby and turn it into a little business. I am happy to say that I haven't looked back since.
I would love the opportunity to capture candid, fun and emotive moments for you to look back on. Every little moment is something to cherish!
RANDOM FACTS ABOUT ME
- I love camping. In the summer our family spends a lot of our time going camping and being outdoors. Some of my favourite memories from when I was growing up were from camping trips with my family - and I hope that both of my boys have the same experience.
- I like to dress cute, but not at the expense of being comfortable. Being comfortable is one of my number one important things when it comes to getting dressed. Who wants to be uncomfortable during the day?
- If I am not found at work or outside hiking and exploring our beautiful planet, you will find me enjoying time with my amazing little family and my fabulous friends. They are my everything.
- I love being creative. Whether that is playing music on my guitar and singing, DIYing some little project, or decorating our home. I almost always have something on the go!
